Our IEP Meeting Attendance (Virtual) service provides families with professional support during their child’s IEP meeting. As a coach and consultant—not an advocate—I attend virtually to help you feel prepared, confident, and supported throughout the process.

What’s Included:

  • Virtual attendance at your child’s IEP meeting (via Zoom or equivalent)

  • Real-time coaching and clarification during the meeting

  • Guidance on effective communication and key talking points

  • Post-meeting debrief to review outcomes and next steps

Rate: $250 per meeting (up to 2.5 hours)

This service is ideal for families who want a knowledgeable professional present to provide insight and reassurance, while maintaining a collaborative and student-centered approach with the school team.
