Courtnie Beers is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Beers Educational Consulting Group. She is a credentialed School Psychologist and special education leader with more than 15 years of experience supporting students, families, educators, school systems, and leadership teams.
Courtnie’s work is rooted in clarity, collaboration, and meaningful problem-solving. She brings experience in special education compliance, IEP development, dispute prevention, leadership development, and strengths-based coaching. As a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, she also supports individuals and teams in understanding their natural talents, improving communication, restoring alignment, and working with greater confidence and purpose.

Susie Rico is a bilingual Licensed Educational Psychologist with extensive experience supporting students, families, school psychologists, and educational teams. She brings deep knowledge in psychoeducational assessment, mental health, Independent Educational Evaluations, and team development.
Susie’s work is grounded in thoughtful evaluation, clear communication, and a strong understanding of how student needs, mental health, learning profiles, and school systems intersect. She is available to support comprehensive assessments, Independent Educational Evaluations, school psychologist training and mentoring, consultation, and team development.
With her bilingual expertise and calm, collaborative approach, Susie helps teams better understand student needs, strengthen assessment practices, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and care.
